Login Instructions:
When logging in to the system with an organization sponsored email address, remember:
- Username - same as your email mnemonic (if your email is abcd@organization.ca, your username would be “abcd”)
- Hospital - the organization you work for (select the appropriate organization using the drop-down)
- Password - your email password
When logging in to the system using a personal email address, remember:
- Username – Use your entire email address
- Hospital - Select “Other”
- Password – Use the password that was provided to you
